Composition is an elusive component of photography. For the beginning DSLR user, learning the generally agreed upon Rules of Photographic Composition is the starting point. This class presents, through images and demonstrations, the Rules of Composition in a manner that affords the beginner with a compositional starting point when approaching the task of orchestrating the elements of a scene in a way that best conveys his/her visual message. This class concludes with an shooting assignment that will be electronically returned to Tom for his review and helpful comments.
